Biography/Details
Dr. Owusu is an applied microeconomist whose research is heavily empirical and addresses policy questions. He has worked on projects funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to address opioid use disorder among parents of young children. He was also an affiliate instructor in the Social Impact Analytics program at the University of San Francisco. Dr. Owusu earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of New Mexico.
