Student Financial Services Forms and Documents
Under federal regulations, Student Financial Services cannot discuss anything related to a student's financial aid with anyone other than student (including parents). Written consent must be provided from the student by filling out the FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act). To fill out a FERPA form, please follow the instructions below.
- Log into my.westmont.edu
- Search "Student Records" in the search bar
- Look for "Educational Record Release (FERPA)
- Fill out the form to give access to a third party
